These classes are ideal if you are looking for stable joints and better posture.  If your body feels tight, or you simply want a calm, friendly space where you can move safely and feel at ease.

I focus on clear instruction, gentle options, and helping you understand how your body works. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, listen to your body, and build confidence gradually.
