A 1-2-1 session is for you if you want more personal attention than a group class can give. We look at how you move, where you feel restricted, and what your body needs — then we build a simple, realistic plan using yoga, Pilates and functional movement.
As I got older, I developed a degenerative hip condition. I used movement, strength work and body awareness to reduce pain and regain confidence. I can now squat to the ground and come back up — with weights. I’m not saying that to impress you. I’m saying it because I understand, first-hand, that your body can change, strengthen and surprise you when it’s given the right support.
Whatever you’re working with — a dodgy knee, a stiff back, a body that has worked hard for years and now needs some care — there is a way through to better, happier movement.
What we work on together:
Mobility — so your body moves more freely.
Functional strength — so daily life feels easier, not harder.
Balance and stability — so you feel more confident on your feet.
Technique — so you know what you’re doing and why.
Where we work: Sessions can take place at a gym in Woking area, outdoors – when the weather plays ball – or in your own home.
