As I got older, I developed a degenerating hip condition. I used my knowledge to stop the pain and regain movement. Although not a spring chicken, I can still squat to the ground and back up — with weights.
I’m not telling you that to impress you! I’m telling you to impress upon you that whatever you’re working with — a dodgy knee, a stiff back, a body that has worked hard for years and now needs some love — there is a way through to a better, happier you!
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in yoga, Pilates and functional movement, I’ve learned what actually works for real bodies in real life. Not the latest social media trend. Not a generic plan downloaded from the internet. A proper, personalised approach — built around you, your body, and what you need to be able to do.
What we work on together: Mobility — so your body moves the way it’s supposed to. Functional strength — so daily life feels easier, not harder. Balance and stability — so you feel confident on your feet. Technique — so you never have to guess if you’re doing it right.
Where we work: Sessions can take place at a gym in Woking area, outdoors – when the weather plays ball – or in your own home.
