Welcome to Yoga by Shen. Yoga practice helps to calm your mind and body through regular practice. A wider benefit is reduced stress, improved self awareness and mobility. Combined with breathwork, you have a low impact physical practice brought into the 21st century using sound physiotherapy principles. The medical community now recognises yoga as a major tool in mental and physical rehabilitation. Yoga practice amongst men is on the rise.

Duke of Edinburgh recognises Yoga and Pilates towards accreditation, so bring your family. You are encouraged to go at your own pace which makes it stress free. Why not combine your Yoga with my Pilates class? Yoga and Pilates should be fun and enjoyable but most importantly safe. Yoga is social and the venue is local. A period of meditation is part of yoga. You pay as you go.

All you need is a yoga mat and some water…
