| Mondays | 19:00 | Yoga | Beyond beginners to invigorate and relax your body and mind with a little challenge. |
| Tuesdays | 11:30 | Pilates | A full-body Pilates flow (bands optional) that targets hip strength and core control, suitable for all levels. |
| Wednesdays | 11:30 | Yoga for Beginners | Men welcome – mostly mat based but will require some standing poses. |
| Thursdays | 09:15 | Yoga | Beyond beginners, aimed at waking up the body and mind with a touch more challenge. |
| Thursdays | 10:30 | Pilates | A full-body Pilates flow (bands optional) that targets hip strength and core control, suitable for all levels. |
| Fridays | 11:30 | Yoga for Beginners | Mat based yoga for those who want to recover mobility, move safely and leave feeling refreshed. |
