Weekly Yoga classes and Pilates classes in Woking are held in a large hall with free parking.

The environment is fun and friendly, specially intended for all abilities as options are given. There is nothing like a live class where strangers become friends!

Principles are taken from physiotherapy so the movements are safe and effective.
