Welcome to my mat-based Pilates class in Woking. I teach
with common-sense “physio principles”. You will leave with a
smile and stronger core, and happier hips and knees.

Pilates helps you strengthen your core, support your back, and improve posture. Let’s work the full system: core, back, and glutes so you feel more stable in everyday life. Arms included! I will guide you to work at your pace, link breath to control the movement, and build strength steadily (no “keep up or die” vibes). What you’ll do in class – Have fun, breathe and reset, warm up your spine, hips and core. Work on glute strength, balance, and mobility, then stretch with a calm but invigorating finish.
