Life Coaching with Shen – Real Conversations for Real Life
I’ve spent most of my adult life helping others navigate the ups and downs of being human — and not just from a textbook. Like many of you, I’ve faced serious illness, injuries, grief, parenthood, and the juggling act of work and life.
My dad was a GP and surgeon, and I suppose that drive to understand, recover, and support others runs in the family. I’ve always been passionate about finding ways to get the best out of myself — so I can help others do the same.
Over the years, I’ve trained with Tony Robbins in the States in his coaching program – (yes, I did the fire walk 🔥) and attended the “Truth About Cancer” symposium in Florida. What I learned — and continue to learn — is that vitality, resilience, and healing start from within: with food, with mindset, with movement, and with support.
I believe in recovery — not just coping. Whether you’re facing a crossroads, a crisis, or simply feel stuck, life coaching is a space to pause, breathe, and begin again. It’s not about long-term therapy. It’s about real conversations that bring real results — led by your values and vision.
What to expect:
Sessions are held via Zoom so you can relax at home or in your office
The first consultation fee of £100 by BACS is deductible when you book a block of six.
Sessions are flexible in length (usually between 60–90 minutes)
Before we begin, I’ll send you a simple form — mostly health-related — to give me a picture of where you’re at (no need to tick every box)
Whether you have a clear goal or just a sense that something needs to change, this could be the first step toward a better, freer you.
