running weekly, throughout the year, except Bank Holidays.

 How to Book
1. Check the timetable below and choose a class that suits your day and energy!
2. Book your class by email or WhatsApp below with your name and chosen
class.
3. I will book you on that class and send more information.

Prices:
£15 drop-in – subsequent drop-ins £12
£45 for 4 classes – Please take within 2 months
£80 Block Booking for 8 classes – Please take within 4 months. Applies to any class below.

Mondays
10.15 – Pilates – A restorative mat Pilates class with optional bands, focusing on
pelvic and glute stability. Go at your own pace.
11.30 – Yoga – Beyond beginners to invigorate and relax your body and mind with a
little challenge.
19:00 – Yoga – Beyond beginners to invigorate and relax your body and mind with a
little challenge. “I came for the yoga, but left with the strongest glutes ever! – Happy
Student”.
Tuesdays
11.30 – Pilates – A full-body Pilates flow (bands optional) that targets hip strength
and core control, suitable for all levels.
Wednesdays
11.30 – Yoga for Beginners – men welcome – mostly mat based but will require
some standing poses.
Thursdays
09:15 – Yoga – Just beyond beginners to relax your body and mind with a touch more
challenge.
10:30 – Pilates in Woking – Beginners and beyond pilates class with/without
resistance bands.
Fridays
12:15 – Yoga for Beginners who want to return to the practice, recover mobility and
relax.
